Request withdrawal from an initial contract.
Use this form if you are a Consumer and want to communicate a decision to withdraw from a qualifying distance contract. It is separate from cancelling future subscription renewal.
Subscription cancellation: To stop a future renewal, use Dashboard billing. This form does not automatically terminate a VPS or confirm a refund.
Before you submit
- Withdrawal may apply only to a qualifying Consumer distance contract and is assessed using the available information and mandatory law.
- If supply began during the withdrawal period following an express request, a proportionate amount may be payable where permitted by law.
- Do not send passwords, private keys, payment-card details or unnecessary personal data.
Submit a withdrawal request
We record the request before showing confirmation. A receipt acknowledgement is sent only when the configured mail transport accepts it.
