Privacy
Privacy and operational data overview.
Algo Hosting, operated by Tosecom, collects and uses the account, billing, support, and server-operation details needed to provide trading VPS services and customer support. Optional analytics and advertising measurement runs only where you consent to it. Version 2026-08-28.1, effective 28 August 2026.
Account data
The platform stores account identity, authentication state, subscriptions, server records, invoices, support tickets, and audit events.
Payment data
Payment card details are handled by Stripe-hosted checkout and billing surfaces, not collected directly by Algo Hosting.
Operational security
Sensitive infrastructure secrets are handled through server-side configuration and protected platform code paths.
Support contact
Support communications may include account, server, platform, and troubleshooting context needed to resolve requests.
Optional measurement
Analytics and advertising measurement are separate from the records above, run on consent only, and are not needed to provide the Services. See the Cookie Notice for the full provider register.
For privacy questions or requests, use the Contact page and include enough account or service context for us to identify the request securely.
Orders, consent and account changes
Contract and billing records are needed to document and administer the Services.
- Algo Hosting may process Terms and Acceptable Use Policy versions, document identifiers, acceptance timestamps, checkout metadata, limited Stripe billing and tax evidence, derived business-evidence classification, immediate-performance consent, subscription cancellation requests, withdrawal requests, billing disputes and subscription-termination records.
- This information may be used to form and administer the agreement, provide required confirmations, address consumer rights, prevent fraud, maintain records and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Email-delivery metadata for contractual notices, withdrawal acknowledgements and related correspondence may be processed to document whether a message was accepted by the configured mail transport.
Abuse reports and enforcement records
Reports of alleged unlawful or prohibited activity need limited, case-specific information.
- Algo Hosting may process reporter identification and contact details, report contents, supporting references, affected service identifiers, technical information, receipt acknowledgements, investigation correspondence, decisions, enforcement records and mail-delivery metadata.
- This information may be used to review alleged unlawful or prohibited activity, protect infrastructure, customers and third parties, comply with legal obligations, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Abuse-report records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for investigation, security, legal and dispute-handling purposes.
Data used to run the service
The platform needs limited operational context to provide accounts and VPS services.
- Account identity, authentication state, subscription records, invoices, support tickets, audit events, and server records may be stored by the application.
- Support requests may include platform, plan, server, billing, and troubleshooting context that customers choose to provide.
- Infrastructure logs and operational events may be used to diagnose reliability, security, abuse, and support issues.
Payment and third-party surfaces
Payment data is intentionally separated from the application where possible.
- Stripe-hosted checkout and billing surfaces handle card details and payment processing.
- Algo Hosting may store references needed to match Stripe subscription, customer, and invoice records to platform accounts.
- Customers should not send card details, broker passwords, trading account credentials, or private keys through email or support tickets.
Security expectations
Privacy also depends on customer-side access hygiene.
- Use strong passwords and protect RDP access, broker credentials, and trading platform credentials.
- Contact support quickly if you suspect unauthorized account, dashboard, server, or RDP access.
- Public privacy copy does not claim a specific compliance certification unless it is separately documented and verified.
Analytics, advertising and consent
Optional measurement is governed by your consent choice and is described in full in the Cookie Notice.
- The consent platform is CookieYes. Where you consent, Algo Hosting may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, PostHog Cloud EU, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, X Pixel and Conversion API.
- Consent is the legal basis for all non-essential analytics and advertising processing. Nothing in that category runs before a choice is made, and rejecting it does not affect the Services.
- Where an order is measured, the values sent come from the platform's own verified order record: an amount, a currency, the plan, and a public order reference. Order contents, credentials, server addresses and support content are never sent to a measurement provider.
- Where an advertising provider supports improved matching, identifiers are irreversibly hashed on the server before transmission and are never placed in the browser data layer or in any log.
- Session replay is limited to public marketing and plan pages, masks form inputs in the browser before transmission, and never records the dashboard, admin surfaces, support tickets, invoices, checkout or credential information.
- Several providers are able to process data outside the European Economic Area under their own transfer arrangements. Algo Hosting does not claim any additional guarantee beyond those arrangements, and does not claim a compliance certification.
- Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time from the Cookie settings control in the footer. Withdrawal stops further transmission and deletes the first-party records Algo Hosting is able to delete; it cannot recall data a provider already received.
- Cloudflare serves and protects this site — request routing, caching, TLS and protection against abusive traffic. That is infrastructure processing rather than analytics, and it continues regardless of any cookie choice.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics was previously added to pages by that network. It was cookieless and built no profile of visitors. It was switched off on 2026-08-28 and no longer runs; the record is kept here rather than removed.
Policy maintenance
Privacy requests can be sent through the support path.
- Records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for service administration, investigation, security, legal and dispute-handling purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.
- The Privacy Notice may change as operations, vendors, regions and legal requirements change. Material changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Terms of Service where relevant.
