Contact
Get the right support path before or after checkout.
Share what you are trying to run, whether you are comparing plans, checking billing or account context, or trying to understand a platform or server issue.
Pre-sales planning
Send platform names, broker or prop-firm region, terminal count, EA load, copy trading needs, and whether this is live execution or research compute.
Customer support
For active customers, the dashboard support path is preferred because it keeps account, server, billing, and subscription context together.
Billing and checkout
Use support for questions about Stripe checkout, subscription access, invoices, cancellation flow, or account handoff after payment.
Incidents and status
Use the status page for public operational context. For urgent account-specific issues, contact support directly.
Direct email
The current public support address is [email protected].
For billing or account-specific requests, sign in to the dashboard when possible so support can work with your server and subscription context.
What to include
A good first message makes support faster and avoids guessing.
- Trading platform and version, such as MT4, MT5, cTrader, NinjaTrader, or StrategyQuant X.
- Approximate workload: number of terminals, EAs, indicators, copy tools, charts, or research jobs.
- Whether the question is about plan selection, RDP access, billing, provisioning context, or an active server issue.
No fake form
The public contact page intentionally does not show a form until a real workflow is connected.
- Pre-sales and general questions can use the public email link.
- Existing customers should sign in and use dashboard support when the request relates to a specific server or subscription.
- Do not send broker passwords, account credentials, private keys, or payment card details by email.
