Clear rules for serious trading infrastructure.
Algo Hosting provides self-managed virtual servers and related infrastructure for trading software. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal or brokerage services, and we do not operate or supervise your trading activity. Your use of the Services is governed by the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and any applicable Order, Service Level Agreement or Data Processing Agreement. The Privacy Notice describes personal-data processing.
Infrastructure provider only
We provide virtual servers, networking, provisioning and technical support. We do not execute trades, manage trading strategies or operate brokerage accounts.
Trading risk remains yours
Automated trading can produce rapid and substantial losses. Infrastructure cannot remove market, execution, broker or software risk.
Self-managed by default
Unless a managed service is expressly agreed in writing, you remain responsible for your software, licences, configuration, credentials and backups.
Contract documents control
This page explains important risks. The accepted Terms, Order, Acceptable Use Policy and any applicable SLA or Data Processing Agreement form the binding agreement. The Privacy Notice describes processing.

Trading and market risk
Our Services may support trading systems, but they do not make trading safe or profitable.
- Algo Hosting does not recommend brokers, strategies, financial instruments, risk settings, position sizes or trading decisions.
- Latency, slippage, spreads, leverage, market gaps, broker restrictions, outages and software defects may materially affect execution and results.
- Backtests, historical results, uptime statistics and latency measurements do not guarantee future trading or infrastructure performance.
- You are responsible for determining whether your trading systems, broker accounts and risk controls are suitable for your intended use.
Service performance, uptime and latency
Performance depends on infrastructure operated by Algo Hosting as well as networks and systems outside our control.
- Any uptime, latency, deployment or provisioning figure shown on the website is a target or estimate unless an applicable SLA expressly states otherwise.
- Maintenance, security measures, DDoS mitigation, upstream carriers, datacentres, brokers, third-party services and force majeure may affect availability.
- Network routes and latency can change and are not guaranteed to any broker, exchange, endpoint or geographic location.
- Any available service credit is governed exclusively by the applicable SLA and must be requested in accordance with that SLA.
Customer-controlled systems and credentials
Customers control the software and trading activity running inside their VPS.
- You are responsible for installing, configuring, licensing, updating, monitoring and operating MetaTrader, Expert Advisors, indicators and other software.
- Do not share broker passwords, private keys, payment authentication codes or other unnecessary secrets with Algo Hosting support.
- Use unique passwords, restrict remote access, enable available security controls and install relevant operating-system and application updates.
- Support may assist with infrastructure-related issues but will not operate your strategy or make trading decisions unless a separate written managed-services agreement applies.
Data, backups and service termination
A VPS should not be treated as the only copy of commercially important software or data.
- Unless expressly included in your Order, the Service is not a managed backup, disaster-recovery or archival service.
- Maintain independent copies of Expert Advisors, source code, configuration files, licence information, reports and other important data.
- Snapshots or platform backups may be incomplete, temporary or unavailable and do not create a recovery guarantee unless expressly covered by an applicable SLA.
- Data may be removed following cancellation, termination or expiry in accordance with the Terms of Service, Privacy Notice and applicable retention periods.
Third-party services and compatibility
Trading workloads depend on software and services that are not controlled by Algo Hosting.
- Brokers, trading platforms, operating systems, payment processors, datacentres, network carriers and software vendors operate under their own terms and policies.
- Algo Hosting does not guarantee that third-party software will remain compatible, available, licensed or suitable after updates or external service changes.
- You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licences and permissions required for software installed on your VPS.
- References to platforms or vendors describe compatibility or intended use and do not imply endorsement, partnership or responsibility for their services.
Acceptable use, security and suspension
The infrastructure must not be used in a way that harms Algo Hosting, other customers or third parties.
- Illegal activity, malware distribution, unauthorised access, attacks, spam, credential theft and other prohibited workloads are not permitted.
- Algo Hosting may isolate, restrict or suspend a Service where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, prohibited use, non-payment or legal requirement.
- Actions relating to prohibited use are governed by the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.
- Suspected abuse or unlawful content can be reported through our contact channel. Reports should identify the affected service or location and explain the reason for the report.
Mandatory rights and document priority
This notice provides information and does not override mandatory law or the agreed contract.
- Nothing on this page excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
- Where mandatory consumer law applies, those statutory rights continue to apply.
- If this page conflicts with an accepted Order, the Terms of Service or a plan-specific SLA, the applicable signed or accepted contract document takes priority.
- Marketing pages, support messages and general guidance do not amend the contract unless Algo Hosting expressly agrees to the amendment in writing.
