Do my cBots keep running when I close Remote Desktop?

Yes. Disconnecting the RDP session leaves the Windows session and every cTrader instance running. Only signing out closes them, so disconnect, do not sign out.

Can I run cTrader for several brokers at the same time?

Yes. Each broker ships its own cTrader Desktop build; install them side by side and run cBots in each. You have full administrator access, so cTrader Copy, indicators and any other Windows software you use today come along.

How many cTrader instances fit on each plan?

Core is sized for 1-2 instances, Growth for 3-5, Power for 6-10 and Elite for 10 or more. cTrader Desktop is a .NET application with hardware-accelerated charts, so one instance weighs more than a lean MetaTrader terminal; keep open charts modest and take the next plan up if in doubt. Sizing guidance, not software limits; upgrading keeps your installation.

What happens after I pay?

Checkout runs through Stripe in EUR. Provisioning starts and your dashboard tracks each step through to your RDP credentials. Then connect, install your broker's cTrader Desktop, log in with your cTrader ID and start your cBots.

Is this different from my broker's free VPS?

Usually, yes. Broker VPS offers typically come with volume conditions, one broker and no room for third-party software. Here you get a full Windows Server 2019 you administer, sized for your instance count, reachable over RDP from any device. Check your broker's terms.

Where is the server, and what about latency?

London today; New York, Frankfurt and Chicago are planned. We don't publish millisecond figures because latency depends mostly on your broker's route. Test your cBots from the VPS after deploy and compare with your desk.

Can I move my existing cBots and settings?

Yes. Copy your .algo files from Documents\cAlgo\Robots (and Indicators) to the VPS over RDP, install the same broker build, log in with your cTrader ID and load your saved cBot parameter sets from the Automate tab.

How do I pay, and can I stop?

Stripe checkout in EUR, with USD and GBP where offered, monthly or on a quarterly or yearly term. Manage or cancel the subscription from the customer dashboard. It pays for the server only — your cTrader ID, your broker accounts and your .algo files stay yours either way.
