Do my strategies keep running when I close Remote Desktop?

Yes. Disconnecting the RDP session leaves the Windows session and NinjaTrader running with your strategies enabled. Only signing out closes them, so disconnect, do not sign out.

Which NinjaTrader version and connections work?

NinjaTrader 8 on Windows Server 2019 with full administrator access. Rithmic, CQG / Continuum, Kinetick, Tradovate, Interactive Brokers and NinjaTrader Brokerage connections install exactly as on your PC. Your license and connection credentials stay yours.

How many charts fit on each plan?

Core is sized for a small workspace of 1-4 charts, Growth for 5-10, Power for 11-20 and Elite for 20 or more, or multiple NT8 instances. Sizing guidance for typical workspaces, not software limits. Heavy indicator sets or Market Replay: take the next plan up; upgrading keeps your installation.

What happens after I pay?

Checkout runs through Stripe in EUR. Provisioning starts and your dashboard tracks each step through to your RDP credentials. Then connect, install NinjaTrader 8, add your connection and enable your strategies.

Can I run Market Replay or Strategy Analyzer on the same VPS?

Yes, but Market Replay and Strategy Analyzer optimisations use every core they are given. On Core or Growth they slow live charts while they run; on Power and Elite there is room. For long optimisation jobs, see Backtest Servers.

Where is the server, and what about latency to CME?

London is deployable today; Chicago is available on request, New York and Frankfurt are planned. We don't publish millisecond figures because latency depends on your connection provider's route as much as on the datacenter. Ask for Chicago if CME proximity matters to your strategy.

Can I upgrade later without reinstalling?

Yes. Moving up a plan keeps your Windows installation, NinjaTrader 8, workspaces, connections and license. You only gain reserved vCPU, RAM and storage.

How do I pay, and can I stop?

Stripe checkout in EUR (USD and GBP where offered), monthly, quarterly or yearly, cancelled from the customer dashboard whenever you like. That covers the server only: your NinjaTrader 8 license and any market-data subscription stay billed by those vendors directly to you.
